The personal data collected is used:  

For customer identification and management of user rights. For delivering orders from registered users and for maintaining and developing customer relationships.

Customer data is collected and processed with the customer's consent, or to implement a contract with the customer.

Customer information: information about products purchased and reservations made

Location: the customer's location is recorded if the customer grants permission.

Personal data is retained for as long as it is needed to implement the contract with the customer or to develop customer service.

From the person themselves. From registers kept by the authority within the limits permitted by law.

Data is not routinely disclosed outside the company. Some of the external service or software providers used by the company may store data outside the EU or the European Economic Area.

We use a so-called cookie function on our website. A cookie is a small text file that is sent to and stored on the user's computer, which enables the website administrator to identify frequent visitors to the website, make it easier for visitors to log in to the website, and enable the compilation of aggregate information about visitors. This feedback allows us to continuously improve the content of our website. Cookies do not harm users' computers or files. The data subject has the right to check what information about him or her has been stored in the personal data register. A written request for inspection must be sent, signed, to the person responsible for the register. 

 

The right to inspect is free of charge and can be carried out no more than once a year. 

 

The data subject has the right to request the rectification or erasure of inaccurate or outdated data, or the transfer of data from one system to another. He or she also has the right to restrict or object to the processing of his or her data in accordance with Articles 18 and 21 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. We will process the deletion request, after which we will either delete the data or provide a justified reason why the data cannot be deleted.   

 

The data subject has the right to withdraw previously given consent to the processing of data or to file a complaint with the supervisory authority regarding matters related to the processing of their personal data. 

 

The data subject also has the right to prohibit the use of their data for direct marketing purposes. 

 

The data subject may appeal the decision to the Data Protection Ombudsman.   

  

The data subject has the right to demand that we restrict the processing of disputed data until the matter is resolved.   

 

The data subject has the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Ombudsman if he or she feels that we are violating applicable data protection legislation when processing personal data.
